Cancellation: Your deposit is refundable up to 3 business days prior to your appointment. Business days include Monday – Friday, holidays not included. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel within that 3 business day period or if you do not come to your appointment. If you scheduled less than 3 business days before your appointment, your deposit is refundable up to 5pm EST on the day you scheduled.
Reschedule: If you choose to reschedule your appointment, you may do so without paying an additional deposit as long as you notify us at least 3 business days prior to your original appointment. If you notify us within that 3 business day period, you must pay another deposit in order to schedule. If you scheduled less than 3 business days before your original appointment, you may reschedule your appointment without paying an additional deposit as long as you notify us by 5pm on the day you scheduled.
